Fit Revolution Boot Camp is Back!

Those of you who enjoyed our “Boot Camp” Group X class this fall, you’ll be pleased to know that the spring edition is just around the corner!

2 week program; (8) 45 minute sessions M-Th

April 13th – 30th

8am-8:45am

 

Come join a student –centered

environment where you can challenge your

fitness experience and participate in a

supportive but challenging group

environment where you will learn and

participate in a variety of exercises which

will be performed in repetition.

 

Get a healthy start to your morning by

jogging, weight training, relays, calisthenics,

and stretching for two weeks straight!
