I just wanted to drop you a line to say THANK YOU for creating such a fun Group X schedule. Since I haven’t been a ‘frequent flyer’ when it comes to visiting the gym, I’m not familiar with format and instructors for our Group X classes. However, I’ve attended three classes this spring and have been totally wowed by them. I really appreciate and value the approach that Rebecca takes when teaching YOGA. It is evident that she is wicked knowledgeable about the practice and does a wonderful job sharing her knowledge as she guides the class. I’ve found both of the classes I’ve taken with her to be challenging – yet gentle enough not to scare me away. J
I took my first-ever Cardio-Kickboxing class tonight with Jen Morris and let me tell you, that woman ROCKS! She does an amazing job keeping the energy up (it’s a pretty hard workout) so folks are having fun. There were several times she bounced around the room and gave feedback to folks regarding their technique/form. The tunes she played were freaking amazing too – totally high-energy and fitting for the class. Hell, I’m still ‘panting’ and trying to catch my breath!!!
